We were founded in 2002 by Kelly Davis, a successful CPA and former CFO, to be a place where entrepreneurs could receive financial and operational counsel by someone who’d worked in the trenches, who could truly empathize with business owners, and who could help clients plan and strategize. Kelly’s industry experience and extensive work as a CPA contribute to our unique ability to offer practical, real-world, relevant advice.
In 2004, Matt Bellomo joined Kelly to form Davis & Bellomo. Matt’s experience counseling closely held entrepreneurial businesses complemented the firm’s already strong service offerings while adding a wealth management component. His addition equipped the firm to handle a wider variety of circumstances for its expanding client base.
